The view from the office window today @ about 12:17pm , moments after the FA-18 hornet crashed in Virginia Beach (Local News Reaction).   The plane happend to crash less than a quarter mile from where Ryan lived before meeting Maggie — and actually landed in the apartment complex of the grandmother (who I’m not completely sure is still alive & who I sold my old plymouth neon to), of my ex-girlfriend Cheryl.  The plane was less than a mile from where I was working.  I did not hear it (as I had my headphones blasting some heavy metal), but coworkers claimed it sounded like a garbage truck dropping a dumpster.   Oddly enough today I made my 911th tweet… 912 was the picture above?  Coincidence?!?  Conspiracy?!?  We’ll never know!

…and it’s a boy! Jay and I haven’t picked a name yet, but if Britton had his way his brother would be named Sonic after his favorite hedgehog. As far as we can tell right now, the kiddo is healthy and at a good size, with Britton’s long scrawny leggies, Daddy’s toecurling powers, and Mommy’s tendency to cross her arms and legs to go into as small a form as possible. He’s also as stubborn as Mommy and Daddy (and then some), which means we’re in for a world of trouble… but we’ll love him to pieces regardless.

We would like to welcome two new additions to the Norfolk Cominoli house hold: Cooper and Farrah (named after some our nerdy tv heroes).  They are 9 week old beagle/hound mutts who are as sweet as can be.  Becka and I had to drive to Carolina to pick em up, but it was well worth the drive.

… for the Pats that is.  Having to sit through the Redskins song every time they scored on us was worse than nails on a chalkboard.  Luckily for us, Rex Grossman does what he does best:  throw interceptions which ended up sealing the deal for the Patriots (13-3).  This was Becka’s first NFL game, and just my second; we need to stalk Brady and company at more stadiums!  GO PATS!!
